Omar Beltre's Back

No, not Omar Beltre's back, as in he's returning, but his back as in he's having surgery on a rare spine disorder.  He'll miss at least three months.  Management has looked but not found another baseball player who's had the same surgery.  Chances that the rookie's career could be over have not been ruled out.  Bummer, to say the least.
